More Recruitment Work!
Delighted to be doing even more recruiting work – a leading independent school in Surrey entering its second phase of development and wanting to build on the good work of the past years! An excellent role, as the profession matures, we can now look beyond the early days when schools and their advisers had no real idea of what they needed and were looking for.
Many mistakes were made, the development function started but floundered in a number of cases. The advice was poor and lacked knowledge. It’s good to be at the front line of this work now helping schools get it right and move positively to the next step. Having the right person in the role is critical.
