Bring on 2016 . . .
A busy and satisfying 2015: working with a variety of schools in the UK & Europe on different projects & having a direct impact on bringing about change to assist development growth. In the Netherlands, since being engaged, the marketing strategy has helped pupil numbers grow well in excess of expectations from 1350 to nearly 1600. In Switzerland helping plan the development & fundraising strategy for future growth into secondary education and also enhance existing facilities. In Northern Ireland, working with the Head and governors to develop a consistent fundraising culture, securing immediate funds and creating a niche marketing plan. I have undertaken several fundraising feasibility studies during 2015 and a major study continues in January/February. Working with RSAcademics, I have led the search in appointing Development Directors at four independent schools, have established and appraised the Development Office in others and continue to mentor Heads, governors and staff to ensure development & fundraising is approached in the most professional way.
Looking forward to being in Hong Kong in early 2016 to assist in promoting my client schools and nurturing the essential key relationships. And to continuing my London unique ‘Round Table’ meetings for those in the Development profession.
