Roundtable Meeting
Good feedback from my Roundtable meeting in London last week! It was a good day bringing together a mix of experience and those newish! As planned, the discussion was open but discreet. Beneficial to Development Directors as much as those facing learning issues and awkward situations but good outcomes in all cases. Some comments:

And later in the same week, great to catch up for dinner with some of the longest serving Development Directors in the business. The combined number of years in Development around the table could have been embarrassing but good to agree on so many issues!
